Dr David Kayode Ehindero

President

Provides strategic leadership, institutional direction and partnership development for LPDP, bringing extensive experience in public administration, public policy, labour relations, leadership development, workforce strategy and institutional capacity building.

Dr Ronke Ehindero

Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Provides executive management and operational leadership for LPDP, with particular emphasis on organizational development, human development, education, behavioural development and institutional programme delivery.

Adeshollar Aremu

Director, Programmes & Strategic Operations

Coordinates programme development, strategic operations, partnerships and implementation of LPDP’s training and institutional programmes.

Director, Training & Development

Provides leadership for curriculum development, executive training, professional learning and capacity-development programmes.
